James "J.T." T. Dare

James Thomas "J.T." Dare, Frederica, passed away at home on Saturday, January 14, 2023, he was 38.  J.T. was born in Milford to Rhonda Dare and the late, James Charles Dare.

J.T. worked as a commercial waterman.  He truly loved being on the water whether working or swimming.  J.T. loved his family dearly, and treated his close friends as family too.  He had a heart of gold and would do anything for anyone.  Everyone that met J.T. loved him, but even if they had one bad thing to say about him, they could tell you a thousand good things. 

J.T. will be remembered for his smile, he had the best smile ever.  He liked to think of himself as a lady's man, he was a sharp dresser who had his own style.  He loved his momma's cooking, especially her pancakes.  He will be remembered as having the biggest heart and his caring personality and smile will be forever missed.

In addition to his mother, Rhonda Dare, J.T. is survived by his daughters, Charlotte and Mary; siblings, Amy Marple, Darcie (Michael) Taylor, Mark Ian Dare, Corey Dare, Keriann Dare; 5 nephews, one niece; and extended family and friends.

A memorial service for J.T. will be held later in the Spring and near the water which he truly loved.
