Brenda D. Peck

Brenda D. Peck, Frederica, passed away peacefully on Friday, November 19, 2021, at her home surrounded by her loving family, she was 81.  Brenda was born in Washington, DC to the late, Leon and Mae Clark.

Brenda worked as a financial analyst for the Housing and Urban Development Authority of the Federal Government. 

Brenda was active in her High School Sorority Amicus Club for many years.  She enjoyed music and dancing, and was instrumental in organizing a dance every year to raise funds for charity.  She also loved all sports and watching games, and at one time had season tickets for the Miami Dolphins.  She loved taking trips to the beach, and especially loved being around family and spending as much time as possible with them.  Her quiet and simple nature will forever be missed and cherished.

She is survived by her loving husband, Bruce Peck; daughter, Tracy (John) Long; sisters, Caroline Maher, Leslie Lynch; and grandsons, JP Long and Nicholas Long.

A Memorial Service will take place on Tuesday, November 30, 2021, at the Melvin Funeral Home, 15522 South DuPont Hwy, Harrington, at 1 P.M., with a visitation for family and friends starting at 12 noon.
