Arnesta "June" Hobbs Obituary

Arnesta "June" Hobbs, passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by the family she loved, on Sunday, April 10, 2022, she was 59.  She was born in Dover, DE to the late Elbin and Margaret Cahall.

June worked at ILC of Frederica, where she was a hard and dedicated worker.  Her favorite activities included riding motorcycles, spending weekends in Ocean City, cookouts, vacationing in Alabama and spending time with her animals.  She especially loved sewing and enjoyed making things for everyone, especially her grandkids. 

June was a no nonsense woman.  She told it like it was, and never held back, but it was always done out of love and concern.  She loved everyone and will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, and grandmother.  Her caring heart will forever be missed. 

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by a son, Vinnie McCracken and a grandson, Elbin Finkbiner, Jr. 

She is survived by her loving husband, John Hobbs; children, Jake Finkbiner, Melanie Marie Lloyd, Amanda Jane Hobbs, John Hobbs III, Gwen Spence; numerous grandchildren; great grandchildren, and extended family.

Services for June will be private and at the convenience of the family.
