William B. “Bill” Hudran III,  54 of Harrington passed away at home on Tuesday, January 6, 2026 surrounded by his loving family. He was the son of Margaret Ann and William B. Hudran, Jr.

Bill was a graduate of Cardinal Mooney High School, Youngstown State and DeVry University. He spent 18 years working as a general manager at RailAmerica, 7 years at ILC Dover as a Senior Electrical Manufacturing Engineer, owned MTK Hosting, and was an adjunct professor for Delaware Technical Comm College. Bill was very active in the community serving as a Cubmaster for Pack #3079, a member of the Harrington Parks and Recreation Advisory Board, Lake Forest Odyssey of the Mind Team Coach, Sons of the American Legion, a religious education teacher at St. Bernadette Catholic Church, member of the Knight’s of Columbus, as well as belonging to several professional organizations.

In his spare time, Bill enjoyed photography, trains (real and model), computers, and enjoying the outdoors through camping, fishing, and hunting; but above all he dearly loved his family and will be greatly missed.

Bill was recently preceeded in death by his loving wife, Samantha “Sam” Hudran.

He is survived by his children William Hudran, IV (Angel Reynoso), Olexa “Lexi” Hudran, Andrew “AJ” Hudran; and brother, Raymond Hudran.

A viewing for family and friends will be held on Friday, January 9, 2026 from 5pm- 7pm at the Thomas E. Melvin & Son Funeral Home, 15522 S. DuPont Hwy. Harrington, DE 19952

In lieu of flowers the family has requested donations to: Lake Forest Odyssey of the Mind, 5424 Killens Pond Rd., Felton, DE 19943

Arrangements have been entrusted to the Thomas E. Melvin & Son Funeral Home, Inc., Harrington, DE.
