Venancio C. Paisano

Venancio C. Paisano of Harrington, passed away on Saturday, April 15, 2017, at home with his family by his side, he was 70. He was born in Dumanjug, Cebu, Phillipines to the late Furtunato and Juliana Paisano.

Mr. Paisano was a farmer by trade. He was a member of the Freedom Baptist Church and the Filipino and American Christian Fellowship. Mr. Paisano enjoyed attending church and spending time with fellow Filipinos who spoke his native language.  A quiet man, Venancio enjoyed singing, whistling, and spending time at the beach. He also liked to watch basketball, tennis, football, and the news.

Mr. Paisano is survived by his wife of 48 years, Adelina Paisano; sons, Jimmy, Judy, and GernyBoy; daughter, Marivic (Garry) White; and thirteen grandchildren.

Memorial Services will take place on Friday, April 21, 2017, at 6pm at the Freedom Baptist Church, 201 Market St., Frederica, DE 19946.  A visitation for family and friends will take place one hour prior. Interment will be private.

In lieu of flowers, donations are encouraged to the Filipino and American Christian Fellowship, 614 S. DuPont Hwy., Dover, DE 19901.
