Tammie Robinson

d. March 4, 2024

Tammie L. Robinson, passed away peacefully on Monday, March 4, 2024, at the Accent Care Hospice of Christiana Hospital, she was 55.  Tammie was born in Dover, DE to the late, Tex and Leotta Cook.

Tammie worked as a home health care nurse for many years.  She was also a receptionist for her husband's business, Earl's Place of Felton.

Tammie enjoyed crafting, especially anything to do with flowers.  Above all, she enjoyed spending as much time as possible with family.  Her grandchildren and great grandchildren brought her the most joy and she was a doting grandmother to them.  Her family was her life.  Tammie was very outgoing and never met a stranger.  She was never judgmental to anyone, and accepted you just the way you were.  To know her was to love her, and she will be greatly missed.

Tammie liked to stay involved and was active in many organizations.  She was a member of the A.P.A., the Harrington Moose Lodge, and the Blackbird Quarter Midget Race Club of Newark.  She was also involved with June Jam, Special Olympics, and the 4H club.

In addition to her parents, Tammie is preceded in death by a brother, Dwayne Holden.

Tammie is survived by her husband, Jimmy Knox; children, Hollie Ash, Cassie (Dana) Keesser, April Robinson, Frances Robinson, Amy (Grant) Robinson; siblings, Timothy Cook, Tracy Wright, Virginia Sullivan; 9 grandchildren, and 2 great grandchildren.
