Sharon Altmeyer

Sharon Altmeyer, of Harrington, passed away at Bayhealth Sussex Campus on Saturday, May 18, 2019, at the age of 69.  She was the daughter of the late Milo and Barbara Schlemm.

Sharon was an avid book reader who enjoyed watching horror movies, and cooking.  Though she was known to be a tough woman, she enjoyed entertaining family and friends. Sharon was a member of the Harrington Moose Lodge.

In addition to her parents, Sharon is preceded in death by her husband: Richard Altmeyer and brothers: Steve and Ricky Schlemm.

Sharon is survived by her daughter: Deann Schlemm and sons: David and Duane Schlemm; brothers: Tony and Mike Schlemm and 4 Grandchildren.

Services will be held privately by the family at their discretion.
