Sandra L. Simmon, of Harrington, DE, formerly of Pennsylvania, passed away on Friday, January 31, 2014 at her home. She was 65. She was born in Reading, PA to Robert Simmon and Betty Simmon of Kutztown, PA. Sandra was an animal lover. She worked at the SPCA at one time, and most recently worked as a groomer for Tails A Waggin. She enjoyed training dogs and was a trainer for certified service dogs. At one time she enjoyed participating at dog shows.
She is survived by her mother Betty, her sisters Karen, Lori, and Judith, and her companion, Andrew Hynes. Services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
