Sandra D. Bisel

Sandra Diane Bisel of Fredericksburg Virginia, 75, passed away on Sunday, June 18, 2023. Sandra was the beloved wife of Robert L. Bisel and mother of Joseph Ryan Bisel and Rebecca L. Bisel. She was a loving grandmother of 3 boys Ethan, Austin and Oliver, and is survived by her favorite sister Regina K. Guyton and her husband Robert, nephews Robert and Andrew and niece Amanda.

Sandra was originally from Willow Grove DE, graduated from Caesar Rodney High School in 1966, and moved to the Washington, D.C. area in 1968. She worked for the Department of Justice and later Federal Bureau of Investigation until her retirement in 2003.

A Funeral Service will be on Thursday, June 22, 2023, at the Thomas E. Melvin & Son Funeral Home, 15522 South DuPont Hwy., Harrington, DE, at 11 AM, with interment following at the Mt. Olive Cemetery, Sandtown, DE.  A public visitation will be held Wednesday evening from 5 to 7 PM at the funeral home.
