Ruth Ann Steele, 73
Magnolia, DE
Mrs. Steele joined her Father in Heaven on Thursday, April 25, from the Delaware Hospice Center, Milford, she was 73. She was born in Dover, DE to the late James L. and Viola Mae Hart Sr.
Mrs. Steele retired from Perdue of Milford after working there for many years. Her biggest job was taking care of her large family which she cherished to no end. She enjoyed spending time with her family and visiting them in their homes. One of her favorite thing to do was watch cartoons which helped her to relax. Christmas was her favorite holiday as she enjoyed baking and fixing the family dinner. She was well known for her homemade fudge. Her family would rent a hall so everyone could attend.
She will be remembered as an outgoing person with a big heart. She never turned anyone away, if you needed a place to stay or a home cooked meal, her doors were always open. She was a very loving person who cared a lot for her family and they in turn returned that love, care and respect to her. She will be sadly missed.
