HARRINGTON - Robert "Bob" L. Biddlecombe, of Harrington, died Oct. 6, 2011. He was 70. He was son of the late Russell and Helen Biddlecombe.
Bicycle Bob, as he was known around Harrington, was a jack of all trades. Over the years he held many jobs including carpentry, truck driving, bartending, and even a welder's helper. In his younger years he loved to hunt, fish and trap.
Those who knew Bicycle Bob know how he enjoyed telling the many tales of his life.
He is survived by his sisters, Nancy Roberts of Honesdale, Pa., and Susan Borowski of Waymart, Pa.; brother, Harold Biddlecombe of Honesdale, Pa.; and nieces. Bob was preceded in death by his parents, Russell and Helen Biddlecombe; brothers, William, Ronald, Leigh, Russell Biddlecombe, and his sister, Judy Bagdonas.
Graveside services will be held Wednesday, Oct. 19th at 1 p.m. at Hollywood Cemetery, Harrington.
