Phyllis E. Ferguson

Phyllis E. Ferguson, Harrington, passed away peacefully on Saturday, March 15, 2025, at the Bayhealth-Kent General Hospital, she was 76.  Phyllis was born in Wilmington to the late, Ross G. and Edith Ferguson.

Phyllis worked for Verizon as a sales consultant, a job she enjoyed.  She could recount lots of customer service stories she had over the years and enjoyed telling them.  Phyllis had a variety of interests but one of her main interests was watching her shows on television, whether it was her game shows, mysteries, or movies.  Above all, Phyllis loved her cats.  One of her favorite cats "Curly" preceded her in death, but she is survived by her current cat, "Earl".

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by a brother, Fred L. Ferguson.

She is survived by a step daughter, Rose Postles; brother, Dale R. Ferguson; sister in laws, Maria and Allene Ferguson; nieces, Catherine and Laura; nephews, Michael and Keith; close friends, Buck and Charlotte Cahall.
