Phyllis "Dollz" Davidson

Phyllis "Dollz" Davidson, 76, of Harrington, DE, passed away on July 14, 2022 surrounded by loved ones.  She was the daughter of Sydney and Ada Heverin.

Phyllis was dedicated to being a fantastic and wonderful homemaker, wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, etc. She was the Matriarch of her family and had the biggest heart. She could always make something out of nothing no matter what. If someone needed something she always did her best to make sure they were taken care of. She made it her mission to keep the family together and her home was always the gathering place for everyone whether family or friend. Phyllis loved cardinals, sunflowers, pets, and the color pink. She had a green thumb and could grow anything or bring it back to life. We will miss her greatly.

Phyllis was predeceased by her husband Glenn Davidson, first husband Joseph Jolly; son, George Boyles Jr; granddaughter, Mea Bodine; siblings, Sonny, Wayne, Dave, Larry, Mary and Marie.

She is survived by 5 children: Matthew Boyles of Harrington, Jeffrey Boyles of Harrington, Robin Boyles of Harrington, Holly (John) Calhoun of Bridgeville, Neil Boyles of Harrington, Siblings: Warren Heverin, Robert (Barbara) Heverin, Helen Duffy; two very special nieces Crystal Connors and Phyllis Smith, along with 14 grandchildren and several great grandchildren and "adopted" grands.

The family requests that all flowers and notes be sent to the funeral home.

A Funeral Service will take place at 1:00PM on Tuesday, July 19, 2022 at the Thomas E. Melvin & Son Funeral Home, Inc., 15522 S. DuPont Hwy. Harrington, DE 19952.  A visitation will take place two hours prior starting at 11:00 AM. Interment will immediately follow the service at Barratt's Chapel Cemetery, Frederica, DE.
