Babies ~ Payton and Paisley Rowlands of Dover passed away Jun. 13, 2017, at Bayhealth, Kent General. They were the daughters of Promise Sawyer and Scott Rowlands, Jr.
In addition to their parents, Payton and Paisely are survived by their grandparents, Jessica Kerr (Lloyd), Dink Sawyer (Mandy), Christa and Scott Rowlands, Sr.
Services will be held privately.
