Paul E. Tubbs of Felton, passed away on Thursday, July 23, 2015, from the Bayhealth-Kent General Hospital, he was 80 years old. Paul was born in Lewistown, PA to the late Irvin Thomas and Minda Irene Tubbs.
Paul worked as an accountant and bookkeeper for many years. In his spare time, he enjoyed travelling with this wife, and he loved to eat. He loved nothing more then home cooked meals. Paul also enjoyed model railroading, and participated in various train clubs over the years. He also attended the Felton United Methodist Church.
Paul will be remembered as an easy going person with a stubborn side. He will be sadly missed.
Paul is survived by his loving wife, Doris Ann "Dink" Tubbs of Felton; sons, Kevin E. Tubbs of Dover, DE, Duane P. Hill of Georgia; brother, Irvin S. Tubs of Eatonton, GA; sister, Marjorie Patterson of Yeagerstown, PA.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, July 29, 2015 at Hollywood Cemetery of Harrington, at 11 am.
