HARRINGTON — Paul Cagle went home to be with the Lord on Monday, April 2, 2012 at home surrounded by his loving family. Mr. Cagle was born in Dunlap, Tenn., son of the late Dover and Ethel Ellen Cagle.
Mr. Cagle retired from Kraft Foods after working there for over 11 years. He enjoyed rabbit hunting and raising rabbit beagles. Tossing horseshoes was a favorite pastime as well as spending time with his family. He was a loving father, grandfather and husband, and will be greatly missed.
Mr. Cagle was a member of the Milford First Baptist Church.
He is preceded in death by his brothers, Clyde and Johnny Cagle; sisters, Cecil Rae Johnson and Rita Bess Lockhart; grandson, John Morris.
He is survived by his loving wife of 63 years, Betty Beene Cagle of Harrington; sons, P. Jerry Cagle of Harrington, Randy E. Cagle of Harrington, Donald H. Cagle of Harrington; daughters, Judy C. Gaudino of Millsboro, Barbara C. Bunting of Milford, Gay C. Davis of Lincoln; 14 grandchildren, 15
great-grandchildren. He also leaves behind his favorite dog, Miss Penny and cat Noel.
Service will be held Thursday, April 5, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. at Melvin Funeral Home, 15522 South DuPont Hwy., Harrington, DE. with visitation one hour prior to the service. Interment will be in Hollywood Cemetery, Harrington.
