Patricia A Graden

Patricia A. “Patti” Graden, 61 of Felton, DE passed away at Bayhealth Kent General Campus on Thursday, December 15, 2022, with her family by her side. She was the daughter of the late Leon and Katherine Courtemanche.

Patti was a Paraprofessional at WT Chipman Middle School in Harrington, and for a time was involved with Felton Little League.  She was also very active in the ministries of Manship Chapel, particularly delivering food to the sick or homebound. She had a close relationship with her family and was always there for them no matter what. Patti loved spending time with her kids and spoiling her grandchildren. She also enjoyed watching her niece play basketball. Everyone that knew Patti, found her to be very loving and caring. She will be greatly missed.

In addition to her parents, Patricia was preceded in death by her brother, Stephen Courtemanche.

Left behind to cherish her memory is her beloved husband, Thomas Graden; sons, Thomas Graden II (Courtney), Joseph Graden (Marcia Lang); grandchildren, Kaleb, Connor, Carson, Ryah, and Abel; sister, Helen Courtemanche; nieces, nephews, and other extended family.

Services for Patricia will be on Thursday, December 22, 2022, at Manship Chapel, 4912 Burnite Mill Rd, Felton, DE, beginning at  1:00 PM.  A public visitation will be held in the same location starting at 12:00PM.  Interment will be at Hopkins Cemetery, Felton, DE.
