Nelson P Thornton

Nelson Padgett Thornton, passed away the morning of February 14, 2021, reuniting with his valentine, Mae, in heaven. Nelson and Mae were married almost 60 years when Mae passed suddenly 10 months ago. Nelson is survived by his daughters Deborah Lee and Brenda Lamka; grandchildren April Lee, Christine Krambeck and Gage Lamka; and great grandchildren Adrian, Bryce, Jeramy, Lilliana and Kayden. Nelson was a long-time member of Crab Alley Fishing Lodge, Baltimore County Game and Fish and the Moose lodge, where he generously shared his many skills.

Due to COVID there will be no services at this time; however, the family plans to have a gathering in the summer to celebrate the lives of both Nelson and Mae. In lieu of flowers, please support your local animal rescue.
