Morris E. Wyatt Jr. ("CC") Harrington passed away peacefully on Thursday, February 13, 2025, at Bayhealth-Kent General Hospital, at the age of 61. Born in Milford to the late Morris E. Wyatt Sr. and Ruth Ann Wyatt Steele, Morris dedicated his career to National Concrete Plant as a concrete foreman, where he was known for his hard work and passion.
Morris had a profound love for the outdoors and spent his free time walking his dog, Chopper, on the trails at Abbotts Pond, collecting unique vintage items, fishing, crabbing, and relaxing at the beach. His enthusiasm for life extended to riding Harleys, supporting the Bears on game day, and nurturing his ever-growing collection of houseplants.
Family was Morris's greatest joy. He cherished moments spent with his children and grandchildren and was always ready to lend a helping hand to family and friends. His warm personality and generous spirit endeared him to many, creating a legacy of kindness and friendship that will be deeply missed.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his sisters, Agnes Travers and Teresa Ann Garris.
He is survived by his daughter, Brandi Wyatt; sons, Huner Wyatt and Chad Hall; sisters, Victoria Warren, Tomasina Hawkins (fiance- Jeff Armour), Debbie Carroll, Peggy Swafford (Scott); brothers, Clifton "Frog" Wyatt (Tammy) and Brian Wyatt (Sandy); grandchildren, Adalynn Baker and Lucas Castro; and his companion, Mary Comegys.
A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, February 27, 2025, at the Melvin Funeral Home, 15522 South DuPont Hwy., Harrington, DE at 1 PM, with a visitation starting at 12 noon.
In lieu of flowers, donations to help offset funeral expenses are greatly appreciated and can be sent to the funeral home.
