Mary Stubbs passed away Friday, November 10, 2017 at Country Rest Home in Greenwood, at the age of 94.  She was the daughter of the late George and Thresa Collins.

Mary was a member of the Manship Chapel in Felton. She worked for many years at the Harrington Shirt Factory. She later retired from L.D. Caulk Co. in Milford after 25 years of service. She was a great cook, her specialty was mac & cheese and lima beans.

In addition to her parents, Mary was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Stubbs in 2008; her brother Robert Collins of Harrington and just recently her sister Helen McFadden of Smyrna.

Mary is survived by her son, Jimmy Collins, his wife Loretta, of Harrington; daughter, Susie Nolan, her friend Max, of Virginia; two grandsons, Pete Nolan of Richmond, VA and Mark Collins of Orlando, FL; two granddaughters, Dawn Collins of Springhill, TN and Stephanie Senogles of Knoxville, TN; her faithful friend of many years, Mrs. Pat Voss; seven great grandchildren, two step great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.

The family would like to extend their gratitude and many, many thanks to the nurses and staff at Country Rest Home for the excellent care they gave to Mary.  May God bless all of you for what you do every day!

Services will take place at the Melvin Funeral Home, 15522 South DuPont Hwy., Harrington, on Tuesday, November 14 at 1 pm.  A visitation for family and friends will start one hour prior to the service.  Interment will be at Hollywood Cemetery, Harrington.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be sent to Manship Chapel, 4912 Burnite Mill Road, Felton, DE 19943.
