Loretta "Becky" J. Unruh

Loretta J. "Becky" Unruh, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, March 23, 2022, at the Cadia Capitol Healthcare of Dover, she was 83.  She was born in Denton, MD to the late, Calvin and Lucy Coulburn.

Mrs. Unruh worked as a factory worker for Perdue Farms.

Mrs. Unruh loved her family dearly, and lovingly took care of them.  She enjoyed spending time with her friends and family, loved to go out to eat, and loved her sweets.  When she was younger, she enjoyed hosting and cooking large dinners.  She will be remembered as a determined individual, but had a heart of gold, and everyone she came across loved her.  She was a great mother and grandmother, and she will be sorely missed.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband Clarence "Hap" Unruh, Jr.

She is survived by her children, Norma Scouten, Michael Unruh (Brenda), John Wayne McBroom; siblings, James Coulburn, Graham Coulburn, Wayne Coulburn, Norma "Sis" Baer, Louise "Bea" Lehman, Helen Seiler; grandchildren, Tammy Kohli, Shawn Scouten, Allen Betts, John Wayne McBroom Jr., Emma McBroom; great grandchildren, Charlotte Betts, Reid Betts, Christopher Kohli.

Services for Mrs. Unruh will be on Tuesday, March 29, 2022, at the Melvin Funeral Home, 15522 South DuPont Hwy, Harrington, at 11 AM.  A visitation for family and friends will start at 10 AM.  Interment will take place at the Hollywood Cemetery.
