Kyle Vanhekle, Sr.

Kyle Adam VanHekle Sr, 32 passed suddenly on March 20, 2021. Kyle lived in Harrington, DE till he married his wife Emily Pace, they now reside in Boothwyn, PA with her daughter Ava.

Kyle had a gift in painting, lumber woodworking, building. He enjoyed anything with the outdoors. He liked nature trails, camping, animals. His love was fishing and kayaking wherever there was a water hole or lake and no matter how big or small the catch it always put a big smile on his face. His silly sense of humor always made us laugh. He is Survived by his wife; Emily and stepdaughter Ava (Boothwyn PA), Son; Kyle Adam Vanhekle Jr (Dover), Father; David (Bonnie) VanHekle Sr (Georgetown), Mother; Wanda (William) Nowottnick (Harrington), Brother; David (Tabitha) VanHekle Jr (Harrington), Sister; Jelsi Dennis (Dover) Stepbrother; Shane Dennis (Harrington), Grandmother; Ethel VanHekle (Georgetown), Grandmother; Jennie Maurer (Clayton) as well as several aunts, uncles, cousins, and deceased loved ones.

Kyle’s love and heart for God, Family, friends, and his Fur babies will give us many memories to share.

A celebration of life service will be held on April 1, 2021 at Melvin’s Funeral Home at 15522 S. Dupont Hwy Harrington, DE at 6 pm.  A gathering of friends and family will take place one hour prior. We are adhering to the CDC and Delaware guidelines of occupancy limits, social distancing, and masks.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Salvation Army Rehabilitation center in his memory.
