Joyce Petrillo, 62
HARRINGTON — Joyce Petrillo passed away Monday, December 29, 2014 at the Delaware Hospice Center, Milford. She was the daughter of the late Odell Zeda and Emil Masse.
Mrs. Petrillo worked as a sales associate for the United States Army and Air Force Exchange. One of her favorite activities was doing needlecraft or needle point. She loved to make scarves and other projects. She also enjoyed putting puzzles together. She will be fondly remembered as a very honest, caring, loving, and trust worthy person.
She would do anything for you and always put everyone’s needs above her own, especially her children and grandchildren. She was a military spouse for over 20 years, and loved helping other veterans. She not only loved her family immensely, but also loved her dogs, Humphries and Noah. She was an angel that has been called back to Heaven. She will be sadly missed.
Mrs. Petrillo is survived by her husband of 31 years, James A. Petrillo, Sr, of Harrington; sons, James A. Petrillo, Jr. of Dagsboro, William Moyer of Maryland, Jason Moyer of Fuquay Varina, N.C.; sisters, Barbara Zayac of Fall Springs, Colo., Gayle Fasano of Dover, Linda Long of Maine, Tracy Daniell of N.H.; one grandchild, Wesley, and one on the way.
