DOVER — Jordan M. Beene, formerly of Dover, passed away on Thursday, June 18, 2015 at his home in Palm Springs, Florida, he was 25 years old.

Jordan was a go getter who started his own construction company four months ago in Florida remodeling homes. He was a hardworking, persistent man who loved what he did and was mature beyond his years.

Jordan was the adventurous type. He loved jet skiing, 4 wheeling, going to the beach and spending time with his loved ones. He loved living life to the fullest and was full of personality.

He was a kind, caring, compassionate person with a special bond to his mother who he called often to say how much he loved her. Jordan was everything a mother could want and more.  To know him, was to love him.

In addition to his father, Dennis Beene, Jordan was predeceased by his uncle, Michael Lobo.

Jordan will be greatly missed by his mother, Catherine Helmer; and step-father Dennis Helmer; sisters, Lindsey Beene, Lindsey Helmer and Lena Helmer; grandparents, Kazuko Lobo and James Lobo; nephews, Seth and Jaxon. He will also be greatly missed by the love of his life Kristy and his Florida family, Michele, Trish, Kylee, Maddie, Austin,  John, Kelly and Dean.

Funeral Services will be Monday, June 29, 2015, at the Melvin Funeral Home, 15522 South DuPont Hwy., Harrington, at 1 p.m. A visitation will be held Sunday, June 28, 2015 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Interment will take place at Sharon Hills Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers please make a donation in Jordan’s memory to a charity of your choice.
