Jean L. Murray

Jean L. Murray, Felton, passed away peacefully at home on Wednesday, March 16, 2022, she was 67.  She was born in Shamokin, PA to the late, Joseph and Elsie Dudeck.

Mrs. Murray was a homemaker who cherished caring for her home and her family.  Family was her number one priority.  She loved to entertain extended family in her home and stay in touch.  One of her favorite activities outside the home was playing bingo with friends.  Mrs. Murray, although quiet and liked to keep things simple, was extremely proud of and loved her family dearly.  She will be greatly missed.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her son, Brian Dudeck; and sisters, Dolores Morris and Helen Sherman.

Mrs. Murray is survived by her husband, Marcus R. Murray; daughter, Angela Wise (Roderick); granddaughters, Rebecca and Hannah Wise; siblings, Patricia Willey, Susan Stokes (Marty), Joseph Dudeck; brother in law, William Morris; and numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family.

A memorial service will be held on Monday, March 21, at the Melvin Funeral Home, 15522 South DuPont Hwy, Harrington, at 1 PM.  A visitation for family and friends will start at 12 noon.
