Jack S. Redden, Sr.

Jack S. Redden, Sr., Harrington, passed away Wednesday, December 6, 2023 at Cadia Capitol Healthcare, at the age of 95.  He is the son of the late Anderson and Bertha Redden. Jack worked for Acme Supermarket before it became FoodRite, he enjoyed being able to help the customers.

Jack’s life revolved around his wife, Lorraine, and his grandchildren.  He enjoyed spending time with neighbors, and going with his wife, Lorraine to his grand children's sporting events. He will be dearly missed.

In addition to his parents, Jack is preceded in death by his wife, Lorraine Redden; son, Jack S. Redden, Jr; granddaughter, Rachel B. Julian; and brothers, Stephen Redden, Marion Redden; and sister, Jean Callahan.

Jack is survived by his daughter, Anita Redden; grandchildren, Jack Redden III, Michelle Redden, Taylor Julian, and Quinn Redden; great grandchildren, Zoey, Logan, Chloe, and Conner; and a great great grandchild, Harlem Hackett.

At Jack’s request, there will be no services.
