Hilda Mae Messick

Hilda M. Messick, passed away Friday, November 13, 2020, at Genesis Lofland Park Center at the age of 91.  She was the daughter of the late Hilda Lopes.

Ms. Messick was a hard working seamstress, who worked at Milford Stitching where she made drapes and later at the Singer store.

Ms. Messick enjoyed painting, nature, flowers and abstracts.  She was always working outside and loved gardening.  She was an adorable lady, good Mother, Grandmother who loved her large family.

In addition to her parents, Ms. Messick is preceded by her son, Steven Messick.

Ms. Messick is survived by her sons, George Messick, Mike Messick; daughter, Donna Tappan; Granchildren; Wayne and Lynn Gosch, April and Juston Bond, Becky Gidson, Eric and Danielle Messick, Kenny Messick; 13 great grandchildren and 7 great great grandchildren.

Graveside services will take place at the Hollywood Cemetery, Milford-Harrington Hwy, Harrington, on Friday, November 20, 2020 at 12 pm.
