Hilda O. Greenlee Shockley Bishop, 79

MILFORD — Hilda O. Greenlee Shockley Bishop, of Milford passed away Thursday, December 04, 2014, at home surrounded by her family. She was 79.

She was the daughter of the late Rhoda B. and Ralph “Rawhide” Greenlee, Sr.

Hilda worked as a home care nurse for many years. She enjoyed spending time with her family and Patricks’s family, especially Gladys. She loved her grandchildren, and great grandchildren immensely. She enjoyed taking drives in her car, traveling, fishing, crabbing, cooking and watching her favorite TV shows like the WWE and the Phillies games.

She was preceded in death by brothers, Ralph Greenlee Jr., John Greenlee, Edward Greenlee; and stepdaughter, Holly May Bishop.

Celebrating her life will be her husband, Patrick E. Bishop; three children and their significant others, sons, Richard F. Shockley, John F. Shockley Jr.; daughter, Patricia A. Lemmons Ware; grandchildren and their significant others, Joshua Lemmons, Kari Lemmons Jenkins, James Lemmons, Aaron Shockley Powers, John F. Shockley III; and great grandchildren, Charlice, Adam, Dean, Eliza, Corbyn, Ariel, Landan, Owen, Peyton, Kaydence, and Mason.

Celebration of Life Service will be 11 a.m., Saturday, December 6, 2014 at Melvin Funeral Home, 15522 South DuPont Hwy., Harrington.
