Harold Mullins

Harold L. Mullins, 70, of Harrington went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, August 6, 2019 at Einsten Medical Center in Philadelphia.  Harold was born to Clarence and Edith Mullins.

Harold was a 1967 graduate of Harrington High School as well as a 1969 graduate of Delaware Technical and Community College in Georgetown. Harold served in the United States Army during Vietnam, serving overseas for 2 years and served his country after for a few years. Harold went to Bible College in Lexington, KY to obtain his Master’s degree in Biblical Education, and then recently went back and obtained his Doctorate in Biblical Studies.

He was a life member of VFW Post 7478 in Greenwood, DE and has filled many roles within the VFW locally and state. Harold was currently serving as the VFW Dept. of Delaware Chaplain. He was a member of London Village Baptist Chapel and loved serving God with the people there.

He is preceded in death by his parents, and all 4 of his siblings.

He is survived by his wife of 34 years Terri; 2 daughters Laura and Linda, as well as 3 grandchildren Jordan, Cameron, and Eli.

A Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, August 13, 2019, at the Melvin Funeral Home, 15522 South DuPont Hwy., Harrington, DE, at 11 AM, with the interment following at Delaware Veterans Cemetery in Millsboro.  A visitation will take place one hour prior.
