Florence Margaret (Allison) Reihms

Florence Margaret Allison Reihms went home to be with the Lord, surrounded by her beloved Chimes Family, on Saturday, April 2, 2011.  She was born on January 28, 1928, to the late Roger and Maggie Allison.

"Miss Flo" as she was lovingly called by her friends, had a unique personality!  To know her was to love her.  You always knew where you stood with her, as she would tell you what was on her mind.

Florence was married to Mr. Irvin Reihms.  They lived in Smyrna and were employed at the Smyrna Diner.  After her husband's passing, Florence moved to Dover and later moved to Smyrna, where she resided until her passing.

Flo enjoyed traveling.  One of her favorite places to visit was Smith Island.  She loved the outdoors, the Christmas holidays (especially the lights and decorations) and watching episodes of Lawrence Welk.

Florence leaves to cherish her memory, Kathy Tatman of the Chimes DE, Inc. and her support staff; her friends, Kathleen, Charles, and Milton of Smyrna, DE; two brothers, Johnny Allsion of Berlin, MD and Henry Lee Allison of Dagsboro, DE; two sisters, Helen Mitchell of North Carolina and Sandra Cain of Laurel, DE; one sister in law, Edna Allison of Laurel, DE; and a host of loving friends.
