HARRINGTON — Donna R. Sullivan, of Harrington, passed away Wednesday, Dec. 14, 2011, in Bayhealth-Milford Memorial Hospital. She was 62.
Donna worked at the Harrington Raceway and Casino as a manager for the training center. She previously worked for a crisis center in North Carolina, and also helped out with Meals on Wheels.
She would go out of her way to help others, and would give you the shirt off of her back. She always thought of others first, and would help them before she did anything for herself. She loved animals and especially enjoyed working around horses.
Her easy going, nurturing, and giving attitude will be sorely missed by her family and close friends.
She is survived by her parents, Ray and Margie Richards Jr. of Harrington; loving husband of 45 years, D. Wayne Sullivan of Harrington; son, Curtis R. Sullivan of Harrington; daughter, Tracy L. Goins of Salisbury, N.C.; brother, Delbert Richards of Harrington; sister, Judy L. Leonard of Sudlersville; and grandchildren, Lindsay Sullivan, Josh Goins, and Ashley Goins.
A private memorial service will be held by the family.
