Charles F. Kemp, 76
FELTON — Charles Kemp died on Wednesday, April 9, 2014 at Bayhealth-Milford Memorial Hospital. He was the son of the late Carl and Elizabeth Kemp.

Mr. Kemp loved sitting at his kitchen table and watching all the birds, squirrels, and rabbits playing in his yard, and eating all the food he set out for them. In his younger days, he enjoyed fishing, clamming, and hunting. He enjoyed watching Jeopardy on TV, playing cards, and watching the race horses in Harrington. Mr. Kemp had a special relationship with his nephew Frog, and enjoyed talking to Frog’s parrot for hours, and babysitting his two dogs, when they came to visit. He will be greatly missed.
