Brock R. Cerklefskie of Dover passed away on Aug. 28, 2015 at Kent General Hospital, he was 30 years old. Brock was born in Milford to Robert and Lisa Cerklefskie of Dover.
Brock worked as a supervisor in road construction with David G. Horsey & Sons in Laurel, DE. He previously worked with Site Work Safety.
Brock was an avid golfer who played on the Wesley College team as well as his Dover High School team. He also played baseball and soccer for Dover High. Brock was a quiet, reserved, caring individual who would do anything for anybody and loved animals. He was a great brother whom Corey always looked up to through the years. He was a great son whose parents were very proud of him and his accomplishments.
Preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Robert and Jean Cerklefskie.
In addition to his parents, Brock is survived by brother, Corey Cerklefskie of Ocean City, MD; maternal grandparents, Barbara & Sidney Jefferson of Harrington; many aunts, uncles, cousins and girlfriend Keysha Cole of Millington, MD.
Services will be held Thursday, Sept 3, 2015 at 1pm at Melvin Funeral Home, 15522 South DuPont Hwy., Harrington with a visitation Wednesday Sept 2, 2015 from 6-8 pm. Interment will be at Hopkins Cemetery, Felton.
