Bonnie Sue Lister, 42

HARRINGTON — Bonnie Sue Lister, of Harrington, died Wednesday, Sept. 14, 2011, at home surrounded by her family and closest friends. She was 42.

Bonnie Sue was the owner and operator of an in home daycare center. She loved her daycare and cared for and thought of her daycare children as her own. The children minded her and loved her immensely. When she was not caring for her daycare family, she loved to spend time with her own family. She loved to spend time by the pool, go shopping, and always kept an immaculate home.

She truly loved her husband and best friend Jeremy. She will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, and grandmother who will be missed by her close family and countless friends.

She was preceded in death by her brother, Rodger Breeding Jr.

Bonnie is survived by her parents, Rodger and Zella Breeding Sr. of Dunn, N.C.; loving husband, Jeremy L. Lister of Harrington; son, Richard Kratsas II of Harrington; daughters, Amber Thornley and husband John of Felton, Brittney McIntire of Harrington, and Hailey Lister of Harrington; brother, James “Bobby” Breeding of Dunn, N.C.; sister, Sherry Elston of Hayes, Va.; grandchildren, Anjel, Temperance, and Serenity Sue; and several nieces and nephews, relatives and friends.

Services will be 12 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 20, 2011, in Melvin Funeral Home, 15522 South DuPont Hwy., Harrington. Visitation will be two hours prior to the service. Interment will be in Henlopen Memorial Park, Milton.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the funeral home to help defray funeral expenses.

Arrangements are by the Melvin Funeral Home.
