Betty Fletcher

Betty Ward Fletcher of Felton, passed away on Monday, January 29, 2024, at the Delaware Hospice Center Milford, she was 90.  Mrs. Fletcher was the owner and operator of the Felton Convalescent Home, and a lifetime member of the Felton Fire Co. Ladies Auxiliary.

She is preceded in death by her mother, Helen Ward Howard; late husband, Francis E. Fletcher; son, Bruce Fletcher; daughter, Sandra Caplinger.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory, son, W. "Rick" Fletcher II (Cindy); daughter, Hope Reyes (Pablo); son in law, Chuck Caplinger; grandson, Jason Grier (Laura); granddaughters, Christina Reyes, Amanda Reyes, Jamie Moore (Ryan), Tammy Morris (Johnny); great grandsons, Dawson Dill, Davis Dill, Layton Austin, Mason Moore, Lloyd Hunter Grier, Garrett Grier; great granddaughter, Melanie Grier; last surviving cousin, William Collins.

A Graveside Service will be at 11:00 AM on Saturday, February 3, 2024, at the Mt. Olive Cemetery, Sandtown.  In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions to Delaware Hospice, www.delawarehospice.org/donate/
