Betty Jane Davis, 59
MILFORD — Betty Jane Davis, of Milford, passed away Sunday, March 11, 2012, at Delaware ospice Center, Milford. She was 59.
Mrs. Davis worked at the Delaware Hospital for the Chronically Ill for several years in the housekeeping department. She also operated her own home cleaning business. Mrs. Davis loved the
outdoors immensely. She enjoyed gardening, fishing, and camping. She also loved her music, and always had a song in her heart. She will be greatly missed by her family and close friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, John Henry and Ada Phillips.
She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, John H. and Amy Phillips of Arlington, Wash.; sisters, Rose E. Sharp of Dover, and Shirley Wooters of Harrington; friend of the family, Virginia
Perry of Milford; six grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.
Graveside Services will be 1 p.m., Wednesday, March 14, 2012, at Hollywood Cemetery, Harrington.
