Barbara J. Horst, of Harrington, passed away on Thursday, May 25, 2017, at Bayhealth, Milford Memorial Hospital. She was 72. She was born to the late, Robert and Margaret Horst.
Barbara was a member of the Ellendale Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary for a number of years. She worked as a cashier for Milford Walmart. She was very crafty with her hands and loved to spend time at the Slots. She will be remembered as a pleasant, outspoken lady and will be missed.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her son, Ryan Grosser.
She is survived by a son, Thomas Horst (Debbie Shreves) of Pottstown, Pa.; 5 grandchildren, 1 great- grandchild; brother, Robert of Birdsboro, Pa; and a sister, Judy of Reading, PA.
Services will be private.
