Karen & other family members, I am very stunned just now, as I just discovered on the internet of Joyce Willey's passing last July. I had been communicating with Joyce via email & phone prior to her passing, but hadn't been able to get a response to my emails to her in quite some time. So I had become quite concerned, but didn't know how to contact any other family members in Delaware. I just now decided to search on the internet, and learned of her passing. In 2011 during our visit to the East Coast, we visited with Joyce and other family members at the "Passwaters Restaurant" in Bridgeport, and we were so impressed with her kindness & friendliness. Our sympathy is with you. I would greatly appreciate it if one or more of our Delaware "Passwaters Cousins" would be so kind as to contact me so that we can maintain contact with our "Delaware Cousins". We are so sorry for you loss, you are in our hearts, thoughts and prayers! Your Mom was a beautiful lady. Please hold close and cherish all the memories of your dear sweet mom. You did a great job of taking care of your mom. She is at peace now, and looking down smiling at what a wonderful daughter and granddaughters she has. Please no we have been thinking about you all week!!
