Carol Outten

            Carol Outten, of Harrington, passed away on Friday, April 15, 2016 at Bayhealth-Milford Hospital, she was 56.  She was the daughter of the late Charles Davis and Patricia Deputy.

            Mrs. Outten worked as a cosmetologist, and as a day care provider for many years.

            Mrs. Outten loved to spend time with her family and friends.  Her home was always open to anybody, and she helped and cared for numerous people over the years.  She was always quick to be a friend, quick to love, and always greeted you with open arms.  She was a loving and caring person who was willing to share her life with anyone.  Mrs. Outten was loved by everyone and will be greatly missed by her family and countless friends.

            Mrs. Outten was a member of the Harrington Moose Lodge.

            Mrs. Outten is survived by her loving husband, Michael Outten of Harrington; sons, John P. (Dr. Skye Schmidt Bunting) Bunting II of Newark, Glenn M. Outten of Harrington;  grandchildren, Wynter and Liliana Bunting; brothers, Anthony Davis of Harrington, Clifton Deputy of Houston, Wayne Rawding of Felton, Donald Deputy of Felton, and Carl Deputy of Felton; and a sister, Jenny Deputy of Harrington.

            Funeral Services will be Friday, April 22nd  at Melvin Funeral Home, 15522 South DuPont Hwy., Harrington at 11am.  A visitation for family and friends will take place one hour prior, interment will be private.

            Donations payable to the funeral home to help defray funeral expenses would be greatly appreciated by the family.
