Rosalee R. Dill

Rosalee R. Dill, passed away peacefully on Sunday, July 2, 2023, from the Delaware Hospice Center, Milford, she was 87.   She was born in Baltimore, MD to the late, Henry T. and Elizabeth L. Davis.

Mrs. Dill worked in the meat section for both the Meatland and A&P Food Markets.

In her leisure time, Mrs. Dill enjoyed cross stitch and crossword puzzles.  Along with her late husband, they enjoyed NASCAR, and cheering on the Baltimore Orioles and Ravens.  She was a great cook and everyone looked forward to her dinners.  She always kept her home well maintained and cherished spending time and spoiling her grandchildren.  She will be greatly missed.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Norman E. Dill; brother, Henry T. Davis; sisters, Edwin Davis and Ruth Garrette.

She is survived by her son, Jeffrey (Linda) Kraemer; daughter, Donna (David “Tater” ) J. Blough; step-son,  Rhett (Ellen )Dill; sisters, Elizabeth Johnston, Diane Goodman; grandchildren, Michael (Sarah) Hause, Bradley (Ashley) Kraemer, Garret Arthur, Alex Kraemer, Kyle Kraemer; 5 step grandchildren; great grandchildren, Chase Hause, Rylee Hause, Raegan Kraemer, Crew Kraemer; 9 step great grandchildren.

A Funeral Service will take place on Friday, July 7, 2023, at the Melvin Funeral Home, 15522 South DuPont Hwy., Harrington, DE, at 11 AM, with a visitation starting at 10 AM.   Interment will be at the Barratts Chapel Cemetery, Frederica.
