Roger Dale Clark

Roger “Heavy” Dale Clark of Harrington, DE, age 65, passed away in his home, on Saturday, October 21, 2023.  He was born in Milford, Delaware, to the late Homer and Elizabeth Clark.

Roger graduated from Lake Forest High School and after working a few various jobs, he spent most of his working career with HiGrade Dairy/Lehigh Dairy, where he worked for over 30 years.  Roger most enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.  He was a member of the Harrington Moose Lodge and the Harrington American Legion. He particularly enjoyed his time riding his motorcycle.

In addition to his parents, Roger is preceded in death by his brother, Homer Clark Jr (Teresa).

He is survived by his wife, Linda (Seward) Clark; his son, Eric Durham (Nicole) of Camden, DE; and 3 grandchildren, Aidan, Mia, and Maci of Camden, DE; sister, Darlene Trader (Albert) of Harrington; brother, Donald Clark (Wanda) of Harrington, DE.  He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services will be on Saturday, October 28, 2023, at the Melvin Funeral Home, 15522 South DuPont Hwy., Harrington, DE, at 11 AM.  A public visitation will start at one hour prior, starting at 10 AM.    Interment will follow at the Hollywood Cemetery, Harrington, DE.
