Obituary
Petros G. Bathrelos 72, of Frederica, DE passed away on Friday, January 14, 2022 at Bayhealth Kent Campus, Dover. He was the son of the late George and Maria Bathrelos.
Petros immigrated to the US from Greece 35 years ago, and proudly became a US citizen. He worked in the food industry, most recently working for Dover Downs as a short order cook. Petros was very devoted to his faith and attended St. Andrews the Apostle Greek Orthodox Church in Lewes, DE and St. George Greek Orthodox Church in Ocean City, MD. He loved to be around social circles, and will be greatly missed by his circle of close friends that became family, here in the states, and his extended family in Greece.
There will be a graveside service, celebrating the life of Petros on Wednesday, January 26, 2022, at 1:00 PM, at Hollywood Cemetery in Harrington, Delaware.
Arrangements are by the Thomas E. Melvin & Son Funeral Home Inc, Harrington, DE.
