Lois A. Hawkins, Magnolia, passed away peacefully on Friday, June 30, 2023, from the Bayhealth-Kent General Hospital, she was 86. She was born in Colorado Springs, CO to the late, James M. and Viola G. Knight.
Mrs. Hawkins worked various jobs over the years, but was mainly a homemaker who stayed home to raise her children. Some of her favorite activities included crossword puzzles, watching game shows, reading, and going to the beach. She loved to stay in touch with her siblings, and enjoyed writing to her sisters, and visiting family in Colorado Springs. Mrs. Hawkins will be remembered as a very loving and giving person who cared for you even if you done her wrong. She gave of herself to anyone that needed her, especially to her grandchildren.
