Jason Evans

Jason Evans, formerly of Harrington, passed away on March 30, 2026 in California, at the age of 44. He was the son of Deborah Roberts and Samuel Colvin.

Prior to moving to California, Jason worked as a cook at Dennys in Cambridge, MD. Jason was family oriented and a loyal friend to those he loved. He had a creative side which included his passion for cooking, drawing and writing poems.

Jason is preceded in death by his step father, Harold Roberts, Sr and sister, Melanie Evans.

In addition to his parents, Jason is survived by his son, Jason Evans, Jr; brothers, Sam Evans and Carl Evans.

A Celebration of Life Service will take place on Saturday, June 13, 2026, at 11 AM, with a visitation starting at 10 AM, at the Thomas E. Melvin & Son Funeral Home, 15522 South DuPont Hwy, Harrington, DE.
