Everett was a quiet man, a good friend, and mischievous whenever the opportunity struck. He quite often had that twinkle in his eye that told you he had a good comeback line ready!

His many interests also included shooting pool, hunting, fishing, golfing, and playing guitar while his wife, Betty sang. He was also a member of the Ruritan club in Harrington. In earlier years he attended church in Centreville, Greensboro, and in recent years he watched Pastor Hagee on TV.
In addition to his parents, Everett was preceded in death by his first wife, Joan Kennedy; daughter, Diane Burris; siblings, Bill Kennedy, Margaret Krepps and David Kennedy; great grandson, Dustin Kennedy, Jr.; and stepson, David Reiff.
