Eleanor Ann Kimball passed away peacefully on Sunday, October 18, 2026 from the Polaris Healthcare of Milford, she was 86. Ann was born in West Virginia to the late, Emmett Ray and Effie Viola Halfhill.
A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, October 29, 2026 at the Thomas E. Melvin & Son Funeral Home, 15522 South DuPont Hwy., Harrington, DE 19952, at 12 Noon, with a visitation starting at 11 AM. Burial will take place after the service at Barratts Chapel Cemetery, Frederica.
