Diane E. Romero, Harrington, passed away peacefully on Sunday, April 26, 2026 at home with her family by her side, she was 71. She was the daughter of the late Barney and Rose Glanden.

Diane worked hard her whole life; she worked as a quality control manager at Seawatch for many years prior to her retirement from retail.

Diane loved traveling with her husband, Ramiro, especially to different places seeking out authentic Mexican restaurants. She enjoyed shopping for her great grandkids, talking on the phone with family and friends, and family gatherings. Diane was a feisty and passionate woman who spoke her mind, but she had a good heart, was generous, and put others above herself. She made sure whoever needed a roof over their head, had a place to stay. Diane’s greatest accomplishment, that she was most proud of, was raising her three kids to be who they are and knowing they ‘made it’ in life. She raised them to be strong, and to overcome any diversity or struggles in life. She will be dearly missed by all the lives she touched.

In addition to her parents, Diane is preceded in death by siblings, Bobby Glanden and Porky Glanden and son in law, Joseph Simmons Sr.

Diane is survived by her loving husband, Ramiro Romero-Viscario; son, Bob Greenley; daughters, Tracy Snow (Justin) and Kelly Greenley (Kevin Shotwell); grandchildren, Mary Selg, Mishele Selg, Corrine Greenley, Joseph Simmons Jr., Andrew Greenley, Jeremiah Gray, Danielle Greenley, Ryan Simmons, and Adrianna Shotwell; great grandchildren, Izzabella Bellosi, Emberly Gracia, Slade Noble, Giuliana Bellosi, Kai Mcgee and Iman Gray and soon to arrive, Graham Greenley; brothers, Chick Glanden and Jimmy Glanden; and sister, Deb Seville; friend of 50+ years, Lou Ann Vanderwende; several nieces, nephews and extended family.

A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, April 30, 2026 at the Thomas E.
