Carissa E. Sharp

Carissa Elizabeth Sharp, age 29, of Hartly, Delaware, passed away on August 4, 2026. Carissa was the cherished daughter of Tanya Mann and Chad Sharp.

She brought immense joy, light, and warmth into the world from the very beginning. A deeply creative spirit, Carissa poured her heart into her passions for drawing, tattooing, and making music, sharing her unique vision and artistic talents with those around her.

Carissa’s memory will be forever treasured by her family, friends, and everyone who had the privilege of knowing her.

She is survived by her loving parents, Tanya Mann and Chad Sharp; her sister, Kayla Mann; her brother, Christopher Mann; her grandmother, Gammy Diedra Papillo; and a large community of extended family and close friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Carissa’s honor to Thomas E. Melvin & Son Funeral Home, Inc. to help with funeral expenses.

A Memorial Service to celebrate Carissa's beautiful life will take place on Saturday, August 22, 2026, at 11 AM at the Thomas E. Melvin & Son Funeral Home, 15522 S. DuPont Hwy., Harrington, DE, with a visitation for family and friends starting at 10 AM.
