Teresa Ann Garris

Teresa Ann Garris of Harrington, passed away on Saturday, February 11, 2017, at the Delaware Hospice Center in Milford, DE, she was 55.  She was born in Milford, DE to the late Morris M. Wyatt, Sr. and Ruth Ann Wyatt Steele.

Mrs. Garris was a homemaker, and the backbone of the T-N-T Karaoke and DJ service. She was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the American Legion C.K.R.T. Post #7 in Harrington. She was also a member of the Legion Riders of the same post, where she was known as "TAG" by all her friends.

Teresa and her husband were together for 34 years; they both  loved music, karaoke, and riding motorcycles. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother, who enjoyed being with her children and grandchildren. Everyone that knew her, knew that she was very outspoken, and everyone loved her for it. Teresa was very computer and electronic savy and enjoyed making things on her computer such as: pictures, CD's, flyers, and banners.

"Aunt T", as she was known to her family, is survived by her loving husband of 26 years, Terry Lee Garris; daughters, Michelle L Reeves, and Tara N (Raymond) Sheufele; three beloved grandchildren, Carl J and Trevor Reeves, Raymond Lee Scheufele; one beloved great grandson, Austin Reeves; brothers, Morris Wyatt, Clifton Wyatt, Brian Wyatt; sisters, Vicky Warren, Peggy Swafford, Agnes Wyatt, Debbie Carroll, Tomasina Hawkins; and many beloved nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, and uncles.

Memorial Services will take place on Thursday, February 16, 2017, at the Thomas E. Melvin & Son Funeral Home, 15522 South DuPont Hwy., Harrington, DE, at 1PM, with a visitation starting one hour prior.
