Alice Ladd

Alice Ladd, 70, of Lincoln, passed away Friday, December 2, 2016, surrounded by her family at the Delaware Hospice Center. She was the daughter of the late, Robert and Gladys Harding.

Mrs. Ladd's life was her family, she was the rock that kept everyone together. She loved nothing more than to spend time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She freely gave of herself, liked to laugh, and always wanted to make sure that everyone was happy.

Mrs. Ladd worked for the LD Caulk company. In her spare time she enjoyed reading, and watching tv, especially the ID channel and CSI. She also loved her pets, and was dearly devoted to her dog, Jax.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Ladd is preceded in death by her husband, Harold Ladd.

Mrs. Ladd is survived by her daughters, Christina Rossi, and JoAnn Kennard; sister, Nancy Garbrick; brother, Jim Harding; 3 grandchildren; and 5 great grandchildren.

Memorial services will be Saturday, December 10, 2016, at Melvin Funeral Home, 15522 South DuPont Hwy., Harrington at 11am.  A visitation for family and friends will take place one hour prior.
